A few things we have learned.

Plan for wind

A tent frame has to be secured to the ground to prevent wind damage. Stakes come in the box, and the store lists weights and other hardware for hard surfaces.

Make the logo easy to read

Big, simple and high contrast beats clever. If you are not sure how your logo will look, preview it in 3D in the store before you order.

Order for the date, not the day

Production starts fast, but shipping takes time. Count back from your event and leave a few days of cushion.

Can I see my logo on it before I order?

Yes. In the store you can design online or upload your artwork. Many tents and flags show a live 3D preview, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

Why do some products show two prices?

Some products can be made two ways. The main price is the faster option. The lower price takes longer to arrive, mostly in shipping time. If you can wait, you save.

How does payment work?

Place your order in the store and we will confirm the details and arrange payment before production. We can invoice you, and tax-exempt organizations can send their certificate.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from where it is going and what you ordered. The prices on this page do not include shipping or sales tax.

Do these prices change when I add options?

Yes. The price shown is the starting price for the options listed. Walls, flags, trim colors and extras update your total live in the store.
