How pricing works

We price every order fresh, so your price is always current.

Custom printing is too variable for a price tag. Pricing each order fresh lets us give you the most current price for exactly what you’re ordering, with no padding and no surprises. You can get a quote first, or just place your order.

Why no posted prices

Three reasons, and all of them are good for you.

1

Every order is different.

Quantity, size, materials, garment brand and style, print method, finishing, turnaround time, and shipping all change the number. A 24-inch yard sign and a ten-foot banner, or one hoodie and a team order, are different jobs.

2

Prices move.

Supplier and material costs change. A posted price is only as good as the day it was written. A quote reflects what your order costs today.

3

No padding.

If we posted flat prices, we’d have to pad them to cover the unknowns, and you’d consistently pay more than your order actually costs. A fresh quote means you pay for your order, not for our uncertainty.

The exception

On occasion, we post a price.

Every so often we offer special pricing on a specific item for a limited time. When we do, it’s clearly labeled with the item and an end date. Everything else is priced fresh for each order so the number is always accurate.

No limited-time pricing right now. When we post some, it will appear here, on the home page, and on that item’s page, with an end date.

Getting your price

Quotes are free, fast, and never an obligation.

  1. Tell us what you need

Open any order form (apparel, print, or signage) and choose “Request a quote first.” Or text or email us the idea.

  2. Choose your path

Request a quote first, and we’ll send pricing for your approval before any work begins. Or place your order and we’ll review your files and get it into production.

  3. We get to work

With a quote, production turnaround begins once you approve it. With a direct order, we start right away. Either way, you can text us any time.

What moves your price

The details that shape your quote.

Knowing these helps you plan, and helps us quote faster.

  • Quantity
  • Size and materials
  • Garment brand and style (apparel)
  • Decoration method: ink printing or embroidery (embroidery has a one-time digitizing setup)
  • Finishing, hardware, and add-ons
  • Turnaround time (rush options are on the turnaround page)
  • Shipping or local delivery
  • How print-ready your file is. A truly print-ready file keeps your price lower. Artwork preparation or rebuilding can add cost and time.
