No, it’s your choice. If you’d like to see the price first, request a quote and we’ll send pricing for your approval before any work begins. If you’d rather just get going, place your order and we’ll review your files and get it into production. Quotes are always free, with no obligation.

No password required. When you want to look back at past orders or check where a current one stands, sign in with a magic link, we email you a secure link and you’re in.

Because every order is different. Prices shift with quantity, size, materials, garment brand and style, print method, finishing, turnaround time, and a dozen other details. Suppliers’ costs change too. Quoting each order lets us give you the most current price for exactly what you need.

If we posted flat prices, we’d have to pad them to cover the unknowns, or they’d be out of date by the time you read them. You’re not paying for our uncertainty. You’re paying for your order. Read more about how pricing works.

On occasion, yes. We sometimes post pricing for a limited time on a special item. Those are clearly labeled with an end date. Everything else is priced fresh for each order so the number is always current.

Yes, it can. When your file is truly print-ready, we can send it straight to production. If we have to prepare, fix, or rebuild artwork, it can add cost and production time.

Print-ready means a flattened, print-quality PDF with outlined fonts, CMYK color, high-resolution images at final size, and 1/8” bleed. Apparel artwork can be vector, or a transparent PNG at final size. Our print-ready files page has the full checklist. Not sure about your file? Send it anyway and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed.

Yes. Each ordering form links to the right template for your product and size, or you can browse the full template library and download before you start designing. Many signage and print items need a specific template, so if you’re unsure, ask us before you design.

Yes. Canva works for most products, and our order forms let you share a Canva file link. Just export a proper print file with bleed and check the page size, because a Canva design that isn’t exported for print isn’t print-ready yet. If anything looks off, we’ll tell you before it prints.

Standard production is 10 business days, plus shipping transit time. The clock starts once we have everything we need: final artwork, complete order details, print sizes and placement, garment selections and quantities, and your approvals.
